Category 1: The District is seeking proposals for: Internet Access Please refer to the RFP document(s) attached to this 470 for complete details, specifications, and bidding instructions. Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields, and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470 and RFP. All quantities and bandwidths are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required and outlined in the RFP Attachment may necessitate differing totals/quantities. All questions, requests for information, and proposals must be submitted by e mail to: Lonny.harper@gscs.org and jolsen@csmcentral.com.The District will not respond to phone calls/requests. Vendor Questions/Request for Information are due: Thursday, October 2, 2025, 12:00 p.m. Questions and Answers will be posted on the EPC Portal through an addendum. Deadline for Submission of Proposals/Bids: Thursday, October 23, 2025, 12:00 p.m. To ensure that all Service Providers receive the same 470 information, it is required that you download the RFP Attachments directly from USAC's EPC website. Please Follow this Form 470 to receive updates. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.; Service Type: Data Transmission and/or Internet Access
