Category 2: Hermiston School District 8 is seeking bids for wireless access points, switches, necessary software, licenses and installation. The cabling listed is not for traditional fiber cabling but rather the connecting cables for the hardware. All bid responses should offer fully operational configurations and related components. Bidders must clearly separate E-rate eligible and ineligible charges in their proposals. All quantities referenced are approximations and the District reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities in order to meet the needs of the District. It is the intent of the District to procure goods or services that may be adjusted for the addition of new sites, relocation of sites, or adjustments to the quantity and/or capacity of service, in accordance with the terms of any resulting contract or service agreement.; Service Type: Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections
