Category 2: Hallettsville ISD is requesting bid proposals for the following equipment: 40 Uninterruptible Power Supply Devices, Eaton or ACP Equipment or equivalent *3000VA 3000W or equivalent; *Runtime 30 minutes to 1 hour; *Preferred rack able device (nothing sitting on the floor); *Replaceable batteries; *Notification system for all batteries installed: *Removal and disposal of all old equipment; *Installation and set-up of all new equipment; *Warranty; *Service/Maintenance; *Spec'd to handle network & current infrastructureThe district will conduct two site visits: October 6th and 13th 2025 at 10:00am. Vendors will check in at the administration building 302 N. Ridge Street Hallettsville, TX 77964.DISQUALIFICATIONS: 1. All installation charges must be identified on your bid. If you submit a bid indicating that installation charges may apply without listing those charges, we will disqualify your bid. 2. Late Submitted Bids: bids are due by the close of business on the Allowable Contract Date; the due date may be extended by the applicant as a result of unforeseen circumstances.3. Proposals that do not specifically address the services requested, are generic in nature or otherwise do not meet the requirements contained in this Form 470 and associated specifications are considered non-responsive. 4. Bidders must provide a 498 ID# (SPIN)No phone calls will be accepted, all correspondence is to be by email and the District is under no obligation to respond to phone calls.
